The shares were never aproved.do you no what amened means?..haha!...paper work was filed 2/9/2009 for increase and never followed up.So there was never 20B shares aproved in 11/2009...unreal...go (hesg)

But to constantly repeat that TG has resigned , when he is signing official documents defies logic, reason or sanityHESG is a two person operation ,
A CEO who quit but still comes to work , and an IR man who waiting for the CEO to stop coming to work . Ugh
