You clearly stated and used the phrase "Hemi's just fine" in posts on the other board. However, in sending me a PM here on IHub challenging me to show you were you had made that statement, you show your true colors as you very well know that you banned me from that board.

In fact, while I still had access to that board, you issued the same challenge and I sent you via PM's the exact references. You never responded.

However, I have saved your PM's, including the "baffoon" PM. That one PM showed me and others all that we need to know about you.

Mur - Of all the Hemi shareholders you are the one who has been a shareholder the longest, pushing 4 years, far out pacing many including myself. You are also the one who has remained very steady and consistent in your rational and approach for being a Hemi shareholder.

Based on the current tactics that are ongoing with Hemi and KAA what is your read - takeaways on these current actions and events specific to Hemi thru 2009 and now 2010?

Specific to a Hemi shareholder and if you want to venture into the another area; specific to KAA. We all understand what has occurred within the economy and the O&G industry, we all understand the impact of the floods in SEK but what we do not understand is this current position by KAA and this silence.

I specifically do not see this current approach by KAA/Hemi as a good development. KAA continues to indicate to the shareholders that an update will be forth coming by Hemi; that the Hemi shareholder needs some relief to address the current PPS, that the 2009 very critical business decision and actions taken by KAA on behalf of Hemi were needed; and yet the shareholders only gets information by either 3rd parties or forced e-mails directly to KAA?
