did you not read your own link from your previous post???...it clearly states that if m/m refuse to answer questions at the depo, the opposing attorney may file a motion asking the judge to compel m/m to answer questions...the judge will make his determination after hearing arguments from both sides....so your statement above is complete bs per your own "research"...
