Manti,
I know that Dean had a clause that he could turn his preferred shares into 70% of the OS. How does these numbers work out with the loan receiving 40% this just dont add up. Did the new share structure take the place of the old? I could see if Dean no longer can convert into 70% this would not be as bad as it could have been.
