I know folks here celebrate when they see ARCA, but it should be noted that should happen when they are on the BID. It has been noted and observed that historically when ARCA is on the ASK (as they have been the last few days) they have a tendency to keep the ASK from moving up. Between them and NITE they have stalled all buying pressure from moving this anywhere north.
