no...there is no innocent or guilty in a civil lawsuit..either the plaintiffs make their case or they dont...it isnt necessarily tied to whatever the sec does or what the settlement is..

A settlement with the SEC is the same as a guilty plea as far as the class-action lawsuits are concerned.
