bly...the next filing is the 10K for the year ended 12.31.04. That is due 90 days after the year end or 03.31.05...a loooong time away.

bly... imo several things can unfold.

1) I anticipate NO IMPACT at year end. You hit it on the nose. Lot of hype historically. No Impact. A non-event.

2) Sales will start happening and mgmt will PR us. They will not wait until the next filing requirement. They will PR us because it is in their interest to do so, and they have a pattern of communicating any major/minor event without waiting for an official filing requirement.

3) Peer Review. I expect something in Dec/Jan. And I sure expect something to materially happen in Jan/Feb. Something that will "Hit the Street" that will influence the market.

O/S is GREAT. Let's let things unfold. We could be in for a very nice treat during and shortly after CY05/QT1.

A southern drift to .04 due to yearend tax selling (which should have been behind us by now) could be a nice xmas gift.
