Rex, I went to Las Vegas to finalize our deal with an investor and he pulled a switch tactic on me and wanted a completely different deal that would cut Eldo down to a minor part. I laughed and walked out. I have not heard from him since. Greed makes some people crazy. Am now working on two other groups. The first one that writes a check on a fair deal for both sides gets it. Sorry but we will just keep going. Tom Laurance
