Which is ok and not against what I stated. A JV with production, or a sale of land or claims would be producing revenue. I'm all for that. One of my biggest clients produces nothing but revenue, and I thnk that is great. Many companies make a great deal of money producing just revenue.
Real simple - guess you have to understand what the company is about to invest in it, if looking for a gamble, one should go elsewhere. You have to have a holding pattern frame of mind to enjoy Katx--good management is what will pay out in the long run.
