I don't do options, if you look at IBM chart, there is sever congestion in the $80 area. It just got here, and could make a fake move above $80 (just as MRK and JNJ made fake moves, IMTO, above their resistance and now are already retreating), the problems with puts or calls, if you are wong, you probably will lose all your investment since you will e waiting to "become right" and let the tine value go against you. I have no good advice about options, except writing them when appropriate
