Wouldnt it be in the best interests of all parties to keep the EC in the loop for all matters pertaining to the settlement ?

With the EC formed and the members knowing all the injustice to WMI I believe that when all the cards are turn over it will take a little longer to digest any new info not prevy to them prior to the forming of EC, but at the end this info will benefit shareholder and settlement is right behind . One question that i wonder about is if the Board of directors of JPM are getting up to date info from there lawyers to making a logical business decision to cut there losses and settle. The longer this case drags on the more it will cost JPM which will benefit us.I would like to see settlement sooner than later.
