After reading these pRs over and over again, i realized that this deal is done and finalized. It looks like QEDN will be the parent company, but we still need some information on their tablets as they will be their biggest revenue imo. I am still a little lost on this plan and deal that was made. As investors we are not informed on the whole deal. Like the plan so far but not sure what the company is doing to improve besides their low incomed remotes.
