He moved funds around but the net result is the same: Holding 160,000,000 shares of Spongetech - the position is unchanged. My guess is that one of the investors wanted "out" ,,so he asked if anyone at Parlux wanted "in" to keep the position at the 160,000,000 which I believe is greated then 50% of SPNG O/S
