Tufan123....sounds good but your numbers are wrong.

Lets say QASP had an OS/AS of 1bil and it was maxed.

In order for Dean to hold 70% after conversion it would be like this.

700mil(Dean) 300mil(everybody else) = 1bil

If you look at your option # 1 400mil times 70% = 280mil now the OS would be 680mil. Is 280mil 70% of 680mil OS....no!!!!!
