I'm pretty sure Dean is not doing all of this for nothing. If they were converted into voting only shares and then what does Dean have in this. We know he bought $50k worth of stock and I'm sure he's not doing all this for 50k dollars worth of stock. I'm starting to wonder if the increase in OS was from Dean converting his preferred shares into 50+% of the current OS.
