I did. The IR number is a (309) area code which is Washington, Il where Swank has his businesses. Shelver is not based out of Illinois, he is based out of Washington State. I could not get to talk to a live person no matter what avenue I took. All you can do is leave a message which I also find strange for a "real" business.
