I really think that's why the FDIC asked for the delay, and JPM didn't care. I think JPM is already there. They have been very quiet for a few months. Now Clark has to go back to his bosses and say we're going to lose the 4 billion to WMI, and it's going to prove FC. We're screwed.
It's time for Bair and Dimon to write the check and end this 'mess'. What they hell do they care anyway? Jamie just got 16 million, I'm sure Bair will still be able to put food on the table. IMO the ONLY reason this has not been settled yet is EGO.
