Except for one teeny detail. Have you looked at the last Q & the accrued salaries? The SMITHS usually blame their auditors at this time of year in order to "clean up the balance sheet" ie convert the accrued wages and/or loans to shares since it doesn't look like there will be any sales or cash by 12.31.04. Bummer.
