Yes, the spike in the SOXX, the strength in the XTC and GIN, the weakness in the BTK and BKX, and the relative outperformance of the RUT suggests that we're rotating out of the rally leadership and into the stragglers. We'll see if we can consolidate the leadership and get another leg up, or if this is a blowoff.
