Have you seen the maps that I posted? It is very clear that on 2/3/10 when I grabbed this map, it was showing different information. Now it shows Kat owns the licenses that were previously owned my Stephen Courtney and David Mercer.

In addition to that, below are the mineral rights claims for each of the licenses that Kat now has the rights to. If you look down towards the bottom of each one, it clearly states that the licenses were transferred on 1/29/10. This is not speculation….it is fact! It is public information and you can certainly go to the website….I will be happy to provide the link!

Uhh you might want to do some reseach first there buddy before accusing someone of that, specially one of our Mods. He knows this because we can see the date of the new cliams and see the size increase. On top of that, Ken sent out a email today to a board member stating that a new PR will be coming soon to update us on the increase in land that KATX has got recently.

I will make one minor change to my statement about the new properties. I originally said when replying to ShootinBlanks in this post that “Now you can see that the middle property is owned by Kat Exploration instead of Stephen Courtney. I think this is the Twi-Lite property that was purchased from Mr. Courtney.”

What I really meant is that the mineral rights are now owned by Kat Exploration. I have no idea who actually owns the land. Having made that clarification, my DD stands for itself, and is clearly visible to anyone who wants to look it up.

Looks to me like they added. The government site on claims doesn't lie.
