I'll help. The person who was the most wonderful to me when I was a teenager was a good friend's father who literally treated me like a family member including taking me in on and off due to alchoholic parents. I went back to N.J. last year when my friend Nancy was dying to spend that week with her family. I was so grateful to be there for them. So I'm a big lawyer fan.
