Danny believes in creating shareholder value, he believes in his company as a stock and is committed to shareholder value, I don't think this was a bad move by Danny, and imo I think today's PR was very informative and upfront.

First of all this is no dilution but stock support in that he adds value to his own comp in a public example, resp. shareholders confidence boost.
Second, it does hurt my feelings cause I dont have the MMs of shares he has. Ha, ha !
However, games could still be played as we draw closer to the CC on Wed but the live PR will boost the SP and drop back. IMO
