One thing that sticks out is they released this on Wednesday instead or there regular Friday after the close

Everybody wanted management's interest aligned with sharehoders and now they are. If they make 250,000x $55/share I really do not care. makes me feel just fine.

IMO this is a good sign. The compensation for management is in place and now there is no reason to hold back anything.

Let's just hope they remember the lighter fluid and a match.
