I"m sorry if I sound like a basher, I check in on the board every day and notice a lot of frustration at times, and I don't plan on selling anytime soon, I'm on the 2 to 3 year plan here. I just hope in time ITRO will be a little more aggresive in promoting there product. Have a Great Day Guys.

inside, good to see ya bud!
Certainly you know there's a huge difference between a brilliant chemist/inventor and a businessman, right?
This is why we pizz and moan so much. We see the brilliance in his accomplishments and the biz model. Then we see his incompetence in running the business and inspiring investment. Very few people can be expected to be both a brilliant chemist/inventor/whatever and a brilliant businessman at the same time. Bill Gates is one of a handful to be both incredibly smart in tech. and business. Nobody expects Whit to be a Bill Gates. But what we do expect is for him to not keep trying to do everything on his own when it's clear he can't. He's not being measured on his chemistry know how but rather how successful ITRO is...this means by whatever means necessary. If it means HIRING people who can do a better job in areas like FINANCING and marketing and advertising and business execution then so be it. We don't expect him to be able to do everything on his own but we do expect him to get it done. His reluctance to hire others has greatly hurt the shareholders (and himself). That's just being arrogant and stubborn. He put his own self interests ahead of what's best for the shareholders and in turn screwed himself. But that's Whit. At least he finally hired a finance guy so I can't say he's not makin progress.
Does that explain it now?
Btw, how are January fert sales going and why is Stage 1 taking so much longer than expected? I thought he was going to use existing tanks and pumps per a previous PR. Did this change?
What's the timeframe before we're fully operational?
