companies trade on the grey sheets. they sell sponges. wow. they committed a host of securities frauds. is that even debatable. spongetech will probably keep selling sponges. but if anyone thinks that spng will clear this legal mess up and be getting on the nyse any year soon is really out in left field.
jesus, joseph, mary and jay leno couldnt get this stock back onto the OTC after all that happened here.
whatever, i really dont care. it just amazes me that this is even still a hot topic of conversation.
IMO the crooks were going to SUCK every last dime out of this one. The walmart news was the LAST CHANCE to sell on the run up....but it never happened. Now maybe we will see this crawl into a hole and finally die off. The Shorts don't even want it :) but JMO
