5-4 means the law was wrong??? Sheesh... that's even less of a percentage than the filibuster majority needed in the senate which is 6-4.... and you keep tooting that all the time... So get a clue... if you think the supremes can make a major decision of that magnitude with just a simple majority then so should the Senate...
