Bruce I have seen a lot really good companys go to hell in a handbasket because of the push a number of years back to get rid of the people that were in from ground up that knew facts and where the rubber meets the road!....and replace them with these "geniuses" fresh out of college who only know formulas and have NO idea how to run a successful business!...Simple
