I asked him if it was fair to expect some updates about the Handcamp property in the near future and he said that there are some amazing things going on with the Handcamp property as the company has some huge expectations from that property. Then he said that it is fair to expect quite a few updates on Handcamp starting sometime this week with plenty more to come. He told me that they are about a month or more behind on news to update their shareholders on a few of their properties and acquisitions as they have been very busy. Also, he didn’t want to put out mining related news until they had the preliminary news released to put shareholders at ease about financing, support and making sure that anything needing to be done with its capital structure was done once and for all. He told me to not expect the share structure to change again as their agreements are in place for 5 years. Ken reassured me that he has invested hundreds of thousands of dollars of his own personal money into KATX and that he wants and has a huge interest in making sure KATX succeeds just as much or more than anyone else. My mind was put at ease with his conversation as I think we are still much better than fine here with KATX.
