It has a unique flavor...and it really is delicious. It thoroughly satisfies my sweet tooth, and for 99 cents a week, it's a great bargain to boot. On the package in small print it says "Grated White Pumpkin, simmered to perfection in milk. A North Indian delicacy, created by the Master Chefs of ITC Hotels." I'm thinking about moving to North India.
