Is it the fact that it was at $1.70 a year ago, the fact the S8s have been eaten up, it fits the Obama 2.3 billion "Green Energy" Bill (http://news.cnet.com/8301-11128_3-10431552-54.html), has already done business with the Government via VA contract and NOT a pinksheet stock or is well below the 200/ 50 ma...???
