Wecome to the APHY board, Yes the part you missing is that the comanpy and the insiders thought that they would go public and rise cash to start this business, but after doing that the bussiness took off and they did t need the cash, and they owned 90% plus of the company so just moved on, requested to come to pinksheets and build up the company and the Revenues, now the want to do something and correct PPS, but will not tell me what! But did state that the first quater will be the banner. They now have record and history of 5 years at 16 mill plus and you are right! A correct will get made here I am pretty sure
