Broken promises are the norm here, get use to it.
Look at the facts, Seymour has been promising the 'bank' ever since I knew him, going back to 1989 when I invested in Saliva Diagnostic (which was a huge failure and remains one to this day) Seymour has been living off investors for over 20 years,the guy would not even know how to hold a job besides being an active Doctor, IMHO.
So many statements and hints from Seymour just like the one Bunney posted, and zip, Zero, nothing ever came of it.
lets see if Monday changes the story!
