BWI Holdings, Inc. Subsidiary Receives Overwhelming Approval for Restructuring Plan
CALGARY, AB, Feb 01, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- BWI Holdings, Inc. ("BWI") (PINKSHEETS: BWIH) BWI Holdings, Inc. is very happy to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary Budget Waste Inc in Calgary Alberta held the Creditors Meeting Jan 29th, 2010. The outcome of the meeting was the approval by the unsecured creditors. The vote was 98, 5% in favor of the Restructuring Plan proposed by the Company.
The next step, as previously announced is for the Company to return to Court on Feb 8th, 2010 and have this Plan sanctioned by the Court.
