If thoses points you cite are all true, then yes SPNG would be a raging table pounder. However, I have doubts about the O/S, the sales, and the size of the naked short position. The bounced check allegations and the Wells notice are also very troubling. In the absence of information, I have gone with my gut sense about whether I can trust Moskowitz -- i.e., I sold.

But I should also clarify that I don't follow this as closely as I once did!! I cannot fathom what Pike is doing buying so many shares. So, clearly there are still some missing pieces in my thinking. I just see other opportunities out there.

check out virtual drews theory ....its the only one i can see that holds water...but in some senses its a little leaky too...pike filed to buy the shares and woulndt he have to file to sell.....so far there has been no filing .....volume is getting weaker and weaker ....the share prices is making lower lows and on top of this the company is releasing boat spngs...gimme a freaking break....clear up the mess you have goin on and then tell me about new products.....mr and mr mutt are great at marketing but as far as running a company this is as lame as it gets.....pike isnt here to save investors i think they are out to save there own arses its that simple
