I asked is because the original poster commented on the post that the smaller red property belongs to Ken Stead Jr.... didn't quite understand what he meant by Ken Stead Jr...
does a claim mean they own the land or just the right to whatever is in the ground? if so, do they have the right to purchase the actual property if they do not own it? can VALE say, everything surrounding KATX claims is our land and private property no trespassing, thereby making it very difficult to acccess the KATX claims?
You're right – have the whole situation on the relationship between KATX and Vale Inco made visual in map form, plus the list of claims – makes it tangible. I too thank Mattybum for doing the work he did on that.
A JV announcement would really bring the maximum visibility to this company, mainly on the grounds of the quality and importance worldwide of Vale Inco.
