I think they were all short selling against the box!

Problem is, you cannot do that with unregistered securities! That is illegal.

I also wonder, if all the 3rd party affiliates and accredit investors received an opinion letter in the mail late May stating:

"Dear So-n-So:

After review of our stock legder, it has come to our attention, here at SpongeTech Delivery Systems, Inc, that on June 12, 2009, all of your unregistered securities of ticker symbol SPNG, will no longer retain a restricted legend. On June 12, 2009, you will hereby retain the right to openly trade your securities on the open market.
