Why doesn't the Bounce Bros. lower the A/S to 750M?

No immediate 8K required...they don't have to state the O/S, but they EASILY could send a clear message with another Delaware Secretary of State filing?!?

OK, but why not lower the A/S or ungag the TA? Heck, do it right now when SPNG is on the gray market. Imagine the pandemonium it would create?

Dont really see the point in that. Until the filings are released, those #s dont matter.

Without knowing how they got to whatever the #s are, which we would see in the K, it would all be just a guess and could go either way. Unless of course the OS was 3 billion, then really that can only go one way.

I myself do not believe its 3 billion, but some around here do. I will wait for the filings before I make my guess, cuz then I cant be made to look like a fool for a ridiculous guess, I will know the answer.

No that pandemonium is not good especially so when they are settling the Wells Notice with the SEC. When the O/S is known and there is no Bid/Ask, there is no orderly market neither is there transparency in the market (as there is no B/A) besides the fact there is no business data available (delinquent filings).

Ive been saying that for a while. If getting otcbb is proving impossible thanks to the NSS connections at FINRA and SEC, drop 10k and everything else on the greys. But I agree with abrowns, that nothing is going to make us go higher until 10k comes out and proves NSS.

Agree.If reduced A/S to 500M& O/S to 300M via SOS, could see PPS flying up to the Moon, i.e. $2 or $3 w/ 1 week, even if other issues i.e. 10K/10Q has not been filed and/or resolved yet,IMHO,
