They don't do pinks (well mabye 4 or 5) and they probably got 300-400 phone calls from persons with a vested interest in them stepping down asking "where is the 10k?"

Neither Deloite or Robison have ever looked at SPNG's books in my opinion.

Because they were to begin work starting with the current fiscal year. They knew it was going to be months before R&H would be able to release the 10K. Being D&T, it wasn't in anybody's best interest for them to hang around and further confuse the issue by ...not being the CPA of record for an indetermable length of time.
