Damm right..I'm totally happy with the decision today on EC and no cap and the Judge is showing appopriate restraint on discovery.

The Vice just keeps getting tighter and tighter for JPM and FDIC. I say settlement is the only way out of this grip for JPM and FDIC.

IMO the writing is on the wall and the judge keeps signaling......... guys settle.......and save some face.
