Please find out what form t trades mean in pinksheets.

The form t trades you see on here are trades that were filled during the normal trading hours and simply recorded after hours. These trades are added to the days total volume.

They mean nothing to the closing price, these were trades during the earlier part of today that weren't recorded until after hours.
