Any thoughts on Mosaid (MBTHF.PK) based on the chart? This company is a Rambus clone - suing IFX and Samsung and claiming rights to all DRAM devices. It's broken out in the last week or so... Worth looking at - by my calculations, if it wins its cases, stock may be worth $500.
