if we want to be on NASDAQ we'll have to do an R/S, but that is not necessarily a bad thing, it could be very positive for current holders if it can bring in instutional investors.
Your existing stock shares will be converted into new shares traded under the new ticker symbol in the major exchange. The total value of your new shares will obviously be worth the same total as your old ones, you just won't have as many of them. Your broker will automatically make the conversion.
