Um...wow...I would. Sounds like he was "cutting corners" on the project!

I found out how shady homebuilders can be---after buying my house in 2001--the paint (after completely drying) started to change color. I noticed I could see the spackle and even "handwriting" (from the construction workers--looked like measurements).

Basically they diluted the paint. I was so angry.

Ordinary
