I agree, Tuesday is what it's looking like. (the 60th day)

Also, last acquisition PR was put out exactly on the day he said it would close in the original LOI. Not to mention we've been getting news on Tuesday fairly consistently now.

Things are looking good here. Lots of volume showing up in anticipation

How did you get Tuesday? The news came out on the first of December. There are 31 days in December + 29 days of January= 60.

Are you assuming like someone mentioned that it will be done within 60 but not announced until Tuesday?
