I haven't been fully invested though in a really long time. I can't find enough I am comfortable buying in this economy to get to 100%.

I realized I am not good at timing markets so I like to follow what Buffet says and when I find a good company at a good price buy it. Each person's definition obviously differs but in the long run I think most people can't consistently time the market and I certainly don't think I can either.
