On MLES, you would think that the impact of a recall to a leasing company would be a function of two things:

1. the number of days each car was out of service to have the problem fixed. I can't imagine that this takes more than half a day per car (I own 3 Toyotas, so I will soon find out), and can be scheduled to some extent. If the lessee can just handle it (and get a loaner from the Toyota dealership if it takes more than a nominal amount of time--they usually do this for me for free) there would be no impact to MLES

2. any reluctance of people to drive/lease a Toyota going forward as opposed to other makes. I doubt that would change based on this floor mat recall. People who like Toyotas like Toyotas. They are pretty darn reliable.
