The news of the cash influx is significant. It takes away the going concern question for a while and gives them some breathing room to build prototypes, etc. etc. Of course it remains to be seen if they can get something significant done with this cash.
Is there any reason to attend the meeting tomorrow night now that this information is out? I can't think of one. Someone should ask how long they think this cash will last with everything they want to do with it.
I'm glad the lawsuit with the ICE people got settled favorably. Are vendors going to continue to accept stock as payment now that the company has cash? I would think not...
