Most people spend their lives avoiding situations far less serious than fraud. So yes, why would anyone fight over who controls a fraud company -- in a Court of Law no less? That's kinda like someone taking the gun and the note they used to rob a bank to a Police Station. lol

Over the last year or two I've read some say xynh was under investigation by one government agency or another. I've also read where some have said they've called and or written one government agency or another concerning the company being a scam. Why has nothing come from all those claims of calls and letters to the Florida AG's office, the SEC, the FBI, FINRA, and anyone else contacted about this company being a fraud?

I don't know about anyone else but if I were Walther's, and I knew of any wrong doings by xynh, the xynh litigation he's currently involved in would have taken a turn long ago.

Just makes ya go hmmmmmm.

I'm no expert in these matters, but I don't think Shell companies exactly come cheap, even one like XYNH.
