Most of the management team, has less shares than many of us. I would rather have their performance tied to ERHE's success, than to an arbitrary salary, or raise!

If ERHE strikes it BIG...then I have no problem with management flourishing!...they need some more skin in the game, imo!

Strass, I *have* to agree. The way Ntephe has held the share price down over the years is an uncanny talent that should *NOT* be rewarded.

I don't fault him for not releasing results, that's up to the operator. I fault him for the many years of nothing that have continued to hurt the stock.

The BOD should be questioned publicly at the AGM why they don't move to replace him with someone that can get the job done.

Strass,I guess that I take EXTREME EXCEPTION to your EXTREME EXCEPTION...the opposite of rich,being poor,is an easy call as I see it; if they end up 'poor',where in the Sam Hill would that leave us? At Hell's Border, I might presume.Look,if SEO,fails to take care of 'family',why would he ever give a R/A for us..and what a bannana republic face [or,your selection] ,it would plaster on our 'lovely Maiden of the Nile'...give or take a "few" kilometers.
