Well said Semper Fi. Also, contrary to what an earlier poster had to say, BB is not in charge as we may like to believe. Once all presentations and submissions are made, with the exception of the odd request for further information, it is the CUSTOMER who is then in charge regarding timing. BB et alia have done all they can reasonably be expected to do at this stage. When introducing a new weapon it has to be wrung back and forth through many, many hands first, especially legal, who will take forever, rather than come to any decision. Which begs the obvious question.....how the hell did the Taser ever make it to market? With all the myriad problems, including many deaths, its use has caused why do so many jurisdictions keep using it? Go LEI. Longs..keep the faith.
